Goes down sweet and smooth, but be forewarned: the drink was thus named for its ability induce a state like the living dead in imbibers. 

Combine 1½ oz. dark rum, 1½  oz. light rum, 1 tsp. 151-proof rum, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 2 oz. orange juice, 1 oz. lime juice, 1 tsp. sugar and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a chilled tall (collins) glass. Garnish with a speared maraschino cherry and orange slice.
