let in the light | Before the renovation, the condo had a narrow galley kitchen. By knocking down all of the walls and adding a mirror, they opened up the entire space. Kelly notes, "With the walls gone [the room] is always light and bright, even when it's cloudy. We love the idea of living on the water, and want our space to feel very in touch with that aspect, so we incorporated the floor-to-ceiling single lite french door. Being on the ground floor is like being in a boat now." >
