more space | Despite
the fact that I'm spoiled with so much cabinet space, the boy
and I have still managed to accumulate more dishware than the
cupboards could hold. So we ended up building a shelf and
hanging wineglass rack just above the counter.
The
kitchen also boasts excellent acoustics -- the boy's pride and
joy are the $40 secondhand speakers perched above the ledge,
which are hooked up to the stereo in the living room. The wires
are hidden and snaked through the vents.
