tea + coffeered wine
beerbutter, oils, grease
chocolatesoda pop + juice
candle waxsalsa, tomato sauce, ketchup

Assuming you witness the spill in action, soak immediately in cold water and blot clean, changing towels as necessary until the stain is gone.

For linens: If the stain has already dried in, stretch the fabric over a bowl. Pop a rubber band around the bowl to hold the fabric in place, then pour boiling water over the stain from a foot or so away. (Try to do this in a deep sink or bathtub; you donít want to splash yourself with boiling water).
