Combine 2 oz. vodka (preferably lemon flavored), 1 oz. triple sec/Cointreau, 1 oz. cranberry juice, 1/2 oz. lime juice and cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
